1. A folder, comprising:
a unitary planar material folded along a transverse fold forming a front panel and a rear panel, the front panel being folded over the rear panel along the transverse fold, the rear panel including an additional fold defining first and second portions, one of the front and rear panels including lateral projections folded along longitudinal folds and affixed to the other of the front and rear panels to form a document receptacle between the front panel and the rear panel, and at least one reference apparatus formed with at least one of the front and rear panels, the at least one reference apparatus being configured to be detached from the at least one of the front and rear panels, the at least one reference apparatus including:
a first panel,a second panel, anda third panel disposed between the first and second panels, wherein, when the at least one reference apparatus is detached from the at least one of the front and rear panels, the first and second panels are configured to be folded between a folded position in which the first and second panels are parallel to the third panel, and an unfolded position in which the first and second panels are coplanar with the third panel, one of the first and second panels including a slot configured to receive an end portion of the other of the first and second panels to secure the first, second, and third panels together in the folded position. |
