PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a steam barrier film having high durability and excellent steam barrier performance, the steam barrier film having such excellent performance, and electronic equipment which is obtained by using the steam barrier film and has excellent steam barrier performance.SOLUTION: A steam barrier film 10 is formed by heaping a first steam barrier layer 4a, an intermediate layer 5 and a second steam barrier layer 4b in this order on a base material 1. The thickness of the second steam barrier layer 4b, which exists on the outermost surface side, is made relatively thinner. The second steam barrier layer 4b is formed so that the thickness thereof becomes 5-40% of that of the first steam barrier layer 4a. |
