<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems found in the conventional steam power generation such as a problem of high-rise of fuel price and a problem of environmental load; a problem of safety in a nuclear power generation; a problem requiring a wide site area to get large power under utilization of windpower and solar energy, a problem influenced by weather and a problem of unstable supply of electrical power; and a problem of submergence of one village under a large-scale dam construction for hydraulic power generation to produce a severe social problem.SOLUTION: Although this invention does not use any fossil fuel, but utilizes renewable water resource, this invention relates to a sink-and-float type power generation device not requiring any large-scale dam construction characterized in that water flow and air flow are controlled through an automatic opening-closing valve that is arranged together and operated by a combination of united two machines having water tanks and sink-float units acting as major devices, and a pressurized water generating device, a compressed air generating device and a recycling water feeding device acting as sub-devices to cause the two sink-and-float units of the major devices to be alternatively sunk and floated, thereby the entire device is operated.</p> |
