PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system which requires few preparatory operations till an image acquired by an endoscope is displayed in a monitor, and can facilitate display of the image acquired by the endoscope, in the monitor.SOLUTION: The wireless endoscope system includes a processor 30 connected to the endoscope 40 and outputting an medical image, and a plurality of monitors 50 and 56 for displaying the medical image. The processor 30 includes a transmission processing part 33, a wireless control transmission-reception part 34 and a wireless image transmission part 35. The wireless control transmission-reception part 34 transmits and receives a control signal by wireless between each of the plurality of the monitors, and the transmission processing part 33 determines a monitor not displaying any image to be the destination of transmission of the medical image, based on the respective states of display of the monitors contained in the control signal. The wireless image transmission part 35 converts the medical image into a wireless image signal and transmits it by wireless to the monitor determined by the transmission processing part 33. |
