The present invention provides an aryloxyurea compound or salt thereof, and a pest control agent including the aryloxyurea compound or salt thereof as an active ingredient. The aryloxyurea compound has a superior acaricidal and/or insecticidal activity, superior safety, and can be synthesized advantageously and industrially.
