<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic crawler which suppresses noise and vibration and prevents an increase in circumferential flexing resistance while an elastic crawler travels. <P>SOLUTION: A rubber crawler 10 (one example of the elastic crawler) includes an endless belt-like rubber body 12 (one example of an elastic body) which is looped over a driving wheel and an idler wheel 102, a plurality of cored bars 20 which are embedded at intervals in a circumferential direction of the crawler in the rubber body 12, a pair of engagement recesses 28 which is formed between the cored bars 20 adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction of the crawler in an inner peripheral portion and which is subjected to insertion and engagement of a pair of right and left tooth portions provided in the driving wheels, and a support portion 30 which is formed between the cored bars 20 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the crawler in the inner peripheral portion and between the pair of engagement recesses 28, projects to an inner peripheral side of the crawler to support the idler wheel 102 by a top surface 30A, and has a geometrical moment of inertia which decreases with respect to bending in a circumferential direction of the crawler in a state with the rubber body 12 looped over the driving wheel and the idler wheel from an end 30B in the circumferential direction of the crawler to an intermediate portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
