摘要 The present invention relates to a multifunctional curtain wall system capable of minimizing a heating load by preheating air with thermal energy generated by transmission PV (Photovoltaic) modules, which generate electricity by converting optical energy, and supplying the preheated air to an indoor space to use the preheated air as a sub heating source and reducing energy consumption by installing a blind-type lighting device in a preheating unit and supplying solar light to the indoor space to be used as indirect Illumination. The multifunctional curtain wall system according to the present invention includes a solar energy generating unit arranged inside a building outer wall through which lights are transmitted, generating electricity by converting the optical energy, and composed of multiple PV modules: the air preheating unit wherein the solar energy generating unit is arranged, preheating air with energy generated by the solar energy generating unit, and providing the preheated air to the indoor space; and an energy generation controlling unit controlling the operation of the solar energy generating system. The preheating unit is characterized by including a body member receiving the solar energy generating unit inside and forming an internal space to preheat air; an air inlet formed on the lower part of the body member and sending air to the body member from the outside; an opening and closing member opening and closing the air inlet; and an air ventilation member arranged in the upper part of the body member and providing the preheated air to the indoor space.
