The present invention relates to a single sensor-based stereoscopic radiation imager and to a method for recording a high-speed radiation image using the same and, more specifically, to a single sensor-based stereoscopic radiation imager comprising: a sensor part (100) including a radiation detecting sensor (110) for recording a two-dimensional radiation scanning image, and a visible-light camera sensor (120) spaced from the radiation detecting sensor (110) to record the image of the surroundings; a driving part (200) for fixing and supporting the sensor part (100) and panning and tilting the sensor part (100); and a control and image signal processing part (300) connected to the sensor part (100) and the driving part (200) to control the movement of the driving part (200) and detecting the three-dimensional information of a radiation source using image information input from the sensor part (100).
