<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion-type noodle making machine comprising a casing having a cylindrical form, a screw rotatably inserted into the casing, a nozzle having a number of holes and attached to a tip end of the casing, a joining member to threadably mount the nozzle to the tip end of the casing, a hopper attached to the casing and a driving apparatus, wherein protrusions and recesses are formed to firmly connect the nozzle or the casing containing the inserted screw and the nozzle and a tip face of the screw. <P>SOLUTION: The multiple holes opened on the nozzle of the extrusion-type noodle making machine have a tapered form narrowing toward the outlet, a plurality of engaging protrusions and recesses are formed on a circumferential end face of a tip end of the cylindrical casing, and receiving recesses and protrusions engaging with the engaging protrusions and recesses are formed on the corresponding positions of the inner circumferential face of the nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
