An organic light-emitting display device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The organic light-emitting display device includes an over-coating layer. An auxiliary wiring is formed on the over-coating layer and has a structure in which one or more layers are stacked. A reflector is formed to be separated from the auxiliary wiring on a partition wall formed on the auxiliary wiring and the over-coating layer. An anode is formed on the reflector. A bank layer is formed to cover one side of the auxiliary wiring and one side of the anode. An organic light-emitting layer is formed on the bank layer, the anode, and the partition wall. A cathode is formed on the organic light-emitting layer. A connection electrode electrically connects the auxiliary wiring and the cathode. A reflectivity of the top layer of the auxiliary wiring is less than that of the reflector. In the organic light-emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, partition walls on the auxiliary wiring are formed into reversely tapered shapes with different inclination angles, thereby increasing the probability of electrical connection between the auxiliary wiring and the cathode. |
