<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device which is capable of accurately and inexpensively detecting fluorescence emitted from a specimen of a living body or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A detection device 1 includes: a fiber 6 for incidence which irradiates a specimen 100 with excitation light; a fiber 7 for reflection which receives fluorescence emitted from the specimen 100 due to irradiation of the excitation light; a probe holding part 10 which holds the fiber 6 for incidence and the fiber 7 for reflection at a front end part thereof; and an attachment 5 which is freely removably attached to the front end part of the probe holding part 10 and has a specimen contact surface to be brought into contact with the specimen 100. The attachment 5 is attached to the front end part of the probe holding part 10 so that the front end part of the probe holding part 10 does not protrude from the specimen contact surface of the attachment 5 toward the specimen 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
