本发明主要揭露一种线路资讯撷取方法，其包括将一电脑辅助设计图片处理成一骨架图片，该骨架图片上具有由多条细线所构成的骨架，每一条细线系为该电脑辅助设计图片上相对应的每一条线路的细线化结果；取得一电路影像，该电路影像系拍摄自依据该电脑辅助设计图片所制作的一基板；对该骨架图片与该电路影像进行对位，以使该骨架图片中的骨架的每一条细线都分别对到该电路影像中相对应的每一条线路的内部；及根据该骨架的每一条细线的像素点的座标位置撷取该电路影像上相对应的每一条线路在相同座标位置上的线路资讯。接着，就能利用所取得的线路资讯进行线路缺陷检测，藉以找出该基板上所存在的缺陷。; each thin line being the result of thinning each corresponding circuit line on the computer-aided design image; taking a circuit image, the circuit image taken from a substrate produced according to computer-aided design image; locating the skeleton picture and the circuit image so as to make each thin line of the skeleton on the skeleton picture respectively correspond to each circuit line on the circuit image; and taking the circuit information of each circuit line corresponding to the circuit image on a same coordinate position according to a coordinate position of a pixel point of each thin line the skeleton of a thin line of coordinates.
