PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing method of a container of high reliability with a simple process. SOLUTION: This sealing method of the container 11 includes a process for injecting a working medium 10 into an internal space 13 of the container 11, a first sealing process for bringing an O-ring 16 into closely contact with the container 11 and a sealing member 12, a process for removing the working medium 10 near a contact portion 19, a process for bringing the contact portion 19 and the container 11 into contact with each other by pressing the contact portion 19 toward the container 11, and a second sealing process for welding a contact part of the contact portion 19 and the container 11.
