PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-cooling motor that is available while being mounted on a high-temperature mount face such as a high-temperature chamber wall surface of a microwave oven.SOLUTION: A blade 60 which is rotated together with a shaft 1 and generates an air current toward the outside in a radial direction, is disposed closer to a high-temperature chamber wall surface 505 than a rotor 2. A housing 5 includes an exhaust edge that forms a main exhaust port 55 between the exhaust edge and the high-temperature chamber wall surface 505. Further, a rotor vent hole 24 is formed on a bottom plate of a rotor holder 20 that is formed at a side of the high-temperature chamber wall surface 505. Therefore, high-temperature air in the vicinity of the high-temperature chamber wall surface 505 is prevented from flowing into the rotor holder 20, an air current toward an axially lower side is generated within the rotor holder 20, and the inside of a motor 100 can be cooled. |
