The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a ceramic bulletproof panel for a body armor. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a ceramic bulletproof panel for a body armor which reduces the total weight of a bulletproof panel by using a nitride-silicon carbide (N-SiC) ceramic plate which has relatively light weight as a ceramic plate, has excellent wear resistance to a surface of the bulletproof panel, and coats polyurea with no peeling phenomenon, thereby preventing bulletproof performance from being worsened due to water permeation inside the bulletproof panel. The manufacturing method comprises the following processes: a cleaning process of cleaning a surface of a ceramic plate; a stacking process of manufacturing a stacked material; a forming process of forming a bulletproof panel; and a buffer material foam attaching process of attaching a buffer material foam to the front of the bulletproof panel.
