PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating shaft support device which eliminates erroneous assembling, and can reduce the rotational vibration and the axial wobbling of a rotating shaft.SOLUTION: A rotating shaft support device 5 comprises: a rotating shaft 60; a first rolling bearing 40 which is fixed to one side of the rotating shaft 60, and a second rolling bearing 50 which is fixed to the other side; a case main body 10 in which a first holder part 18 for holding the first rolling bearing 40 is arranged; and a lid plate 30 which holds the second rolling bearing 50. A first holder part 18 has a cylinder part 19 which is fit to an outer ring 42 of the first rolling bearing 40, a tapered elastic part 20 which continues to one side of the cylinder part 19, is folded to the other end side, and gradually diameter-contracted as progressing toward the other end side, and a circular ring part 21 which continues to the elastic part 20, and extends to an inside diameter direction. The circular ring part 21 presses an end face of one side of the outer ring 42 of the first rolling bearing 40 by an elastic force of the elastic part 20, and imparts preloads to the first rolling bearing 40 and the second rolling bearing 50. |
