An arm rod-piston linked air compressor, comprising: a columnar cylinder body (1), a transmission shaft (2), and a compression device disposed on the columnar cylinder body (1). The compression device comprises: four sets of cylinders (7) and pistons (6a1, 6a2, 6b1, 6b2) disposed inside of the cylinders (7), the cylinders (7) being disposed on the cylinder body wall of the columnar cylinder body (1) along the radial direction of the columnar cylinder body (1), the bottom of a cylinder (7) being provided with a one way air inlet valve (10) and a one way air outlet valve (8); a cam mechanism fixedly disposed on the transmission shaft (2) and rotates together with the transmission shaft (2), the cam mechanism having symmetrically disposed driving parts, the driving parts revolving around the transmission shaft (2) in a circular motion, thereby forming a rotation track; four linked arm rods (5a1, 5a2, 5b1, 5b2), the head and tail ends of the linked arm rods (5a1, 5a2, 5b1, 5b2) being hingedly connected to one another and thus forming a linked frame, and the head and tail connection ends of the four linked arm rods (5a1, 5a2, 5b1, 5b2) being hingedly connected to the tails of the corresponding pistons (6a1, 6a2, 6b1, 6b2) respectively, the inner wall of each linked arm rods (5a1, 5a2, 5b1, 5b2) being provided with an operation curve that matches with the rotation track; the cam mechanism drives the four linked arm rods (5a1, 5a2, 5b1, 5b2) to undergo linked movement, thereby driving the pistons (6a1, 6a2, 6b1, 6b2) to operate. The compressor has a simple and reliable structure, low manufacturing cost, and high efficiency. |
