PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a welded structure which hardly causes solidification crack even when decreasing a flange width or increasing welding speed upon the manufacturing of the welded structure according to laser welding while overlapping a metal plate member, for example, a flange of a hat-shaped member with another metal member.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a welded structure in which a plurality of metal plate members are overlapped and laser welding is performed on the overlapped part, is characterized in that, when the metal plate members are irradiated with laser having such an energy that the metal plate members are molten while moving the laser to weld the metal plate members, welding is performed while performing an auxiliary heating for heating at least a part of a portion of the metal plate members other than the portion irradiated with the laser by using such an energy with which the metal plate members are not molten. |
