The invention relates to a method for assisting in selecting a medical speciality and for communicating with the medical specialist via a mobile device. A user enters symptoms of an illness to be diagnosed into a terminal of a user mobile device, and sends same via the internet (10) to a remote server (21), provided with a database of symptoms, specialities and illnesses (22) and a program for managing symptoms, specialities and illnesses. The user mobile device is in communication with a computer device (25) of an available medical specialist, also connected via the WAN (10), with which the user mobile device engages in a chat, after which the medial specialist diagnoses the illness. The program can select at least one medical speciality depending on the symptoms entered and display the selected medical specialities on the screen of the user mobile device, so that the user can select a medical speciality. |
