PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor capable of suppressing the deformation of a rotor core caused by a centrifugal force, and a rotor manufacturing method, the rotor including the rotor core being formed by annularly disposing a laminate for which a plurality of arcuate thin plate members are laminated.SOLUTION: The rotor includes: a rotor core 20 formed by annularly disposing a laminate 22 for which a plurality of arcuate thin plate members 21 are laminated; a shaft member 10 including a rotary shaft 11 and a bottom plate 12 supporting one end of the rotor core 20 in an axial direction of the rotor; an end plate 30 attached to the other end of the rotor core 20; and a plurality of fixing pins 40 by which the rotor core 20 is abutted and supported in a radial direction of the rotor and the bottom plate 12 and the end plate 30 are integrally fixed. |
