PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience by enabling a user to speedily cope with such a situation that a vehicle goes out of a receivable area of area limited one-segment broadcasting, in a vehicular broadcast receiver configured to receive the area limited one-segment broadcasting.SOLUTION: In a navigation device 1, a broadcasting wave of the area limited one-segment broadcasting is received by a receiving section 17. A state relating to traveling of the vehicle is discriminated by a traveling state discrimination section 11d. In the case where it is discriminated that the vehicle is not being traveled by a notification control section 11e, in the navigation device 1, a reception strength of the receiving section 17 is stored in a reception strength storage section 12a. In the case where it is discriminated later that the vehicle is being traveled, the reception strength stored in the reception strength storage section 12a is compared with a reference value and on the basis of a result of the comparison, a notification relating to the reception of the broadcasting wave is executed by the notification control section 11e. |
