PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fogging prevention unit for an endoscope capable of suppressing the transfer of heat to a temperature measurement part through a wiring part and a wiring board part when a heating part generates heat, and an endoscope system.SOLUTION: A wiring part for measurement is arranged in the neighborhood of a heating part, or a temperature measurement part is arranged in the neighborhood of the wiring part for heat generation in a state that the heating part and the temperature measurement part are arranged on a wiring board part. A suppression part is arranged in either a first heat transfer passage from the heating part to the wiring part for measurement or a second heat transfer passage from the wiring part for heat generation to the temperature measurement part, and suppresses the heat transfer from the heating part to the wiring part for measurement in the first heat transfer passage, or suppresses the heat transfer from the wiring part for heat generation to the temperature measurement part in the second heat transfer passage. |
