The present invention can prepare a chitosan nanofiber support containing calcium-binding proteins by mixing recombinant calcium-binding proteins to a polymer. The nanofiber support which contains the calcium-binding proteins for bone tissue reproduction can be coated with calcium carbonate through a bio-mineralization process while also being able to be easily coupled to the calcium in order to contain the calcium in the support. The chitosan nanofiber support containing calcium-binding proteins is expected to promote growth and differentiation of osteoblasts when being grafted on and filling a damaged bone tissue, thereby being utilized as a novel bioactive support for bone tissue reproduction. |
