PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a fruit wine which allows easy extraction of effective ingredients contained in all the parts of a fruit, including the fruit skin, flesh, kernel and seed, and production of a fruit wine simply in large quantities at low costs, compared with conventional fruit wine production methods.SOLUTION: As shown in figure 1, a hole penetrating the kernel type fruit 8 or reaching the seed 4 through the kernel is formed, and alcohol for drinks is brought into direct contact with not only the skin 1 and the flesh 2 but the kernel and seed and caused to penetrate them so as to extract effective ingredients contained in them. |
