The present invention relates to a feed additive composition for enhancing growth and development of eelS comprising Turmeric, and Stevia or a mixture of Stevioside as active ingredients, and to a feed comprising the same. The mixture of the present invention can be usefully used in the aquaculture industry of eels, capable of significantly improving growth and development of the eels by being contained in a feed additive, and reducing a mortality rate due to water quality deterioration by having a water purification function of aquaculture water for eels at the same time.
