The present invention relates to method of treating wastewater and sludge filter-press plant material form the manufacture of fine ceramics and porcelain, wherein the filter-press plant material is first dried, ground and subsequently exposed to a temperature in the range of 700 to 800 degC for a period of 4 to 8 hours, whereupon it is mixed with a solution of alkalis. The alkaline solution is prepared by dissolution of 6 to 12 percent by weight of sodium hydroxide in 24 to 38 percent by weight of water, and after perfect dissolution, there is added 50 to 70 percent by weight of sodium water glass. Mixing is carried out in two stages, such that first, the basic base is prepared and a filling agent is then gradually mixed in an amount of 20 to 87 percent by weight, based on the total weight of the resulting product therewith. The so mixed mixture is then filled in molds, and hardens at ambient temperature and pressure to a recyclable solidification product of inorganic polymeric material. |
