The present invention relates to a method for treating organic or inorganic sludge and, more particularly, a method for producing a filling soil material, a covering soil material, or a base ground material by treating the organic or inorganic sludge. The method includes the steps of: forming first crushed sludge by adding a first solidification agent from a first silo while first sludge is transferred from a first hopper by a double screw, and crushing the first sludge; forming second crushed sludge by adding a second solidification agent from a second silo while second sludge is transferred from the first hopper by the double screw and crushing the second sludge with the first sludge; forming a soil sludge mixture by mixing the second crushed sludge with soil supplied from a third hopper; forming a reused base soil by inserting a third solidification agent from a third silo into the soil sludge mixture, crushing and mixing solid waste with a third crusher; and discharging the reused base soil. Humidity of the first crushed sludge and the second crushed sludge is adjusted as the first crushed sludge and the second crushed sludge are dried with hot air in a transfer step. The first crushed sludge and the second crushed sludge become organic sludge. |
