<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to acquire information based on light actually incident on an area where a defective pixel exists in a simple redundant process even when a plurality of defective pixels exist, to prevent missing of image information due to a defective pixel, and improve yield. <P>SOLUTION: An image sensor 1 comprises: a sensor array 4 comprising a plurality of pixels 8 having two photo-detectors 7A and 7B having sensitivity at the same wavelength and different sensitivities for different incident light directions; and a scattering body 9, disposed at a position corresponding to at least one pixel among a plurality of pixels, which scatters incident light to peripheral pixels. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
