<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermoelectric conversion module capable of suppressing fracture of joint parts between neighboring particles due to propagation of impact and vibration, regardless of use of an element constructed by arranging a plurality of particles in a row and bonding neighboring particles to each other. <P>SOLUTION: In a thermoelectric conversion module 1, both of p-type elements 11 and n-type elements 12 are constructed by arranging a plurality of particles in a row and bonding neighboring particles to each other. Reinforcement parts 16 formed of resin compositions filled between their elements, are provided between a plurality of p-type elements 11 and n-type elements 12. Each of p-type elements 11 and n-type elements 12 has a brittle structure that is easily breakable at a narrowed part, but the reinforcement part 16 suppresses the fracture of the narrowed part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
