PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-counterfeiting medium which has a color shift effect suppressed to the limit and cannot be determined to use cholesteric liquid crystal and a medium identical to which is hardly produced by a copying machine.SOLUTION: The anti-counterfeiting medium is configured to have a reflecting layer showing blue and formed of two or more layers of cholesteric liquid crystal, on one surface of a transparent substrate and have a light absorbing layer on the opposite surface. The reflecting layer formed of the cholesteric liquid crystal comprises layers showing different color tones, and a front reflection peak center of cholesteric liquid crystal in the first layer provided nearer to the light absorbing layer is 500 to 700 nm, and a front reflection peak center of cholesteric liquid crystal in the second layer is 400 to 500 nm. |
