<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in efficiency of an editing operation and a reproducing operation of a moving image. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 100 includes: a necessity/unnecessity determination data generation section 103 for generating necessity/unnecessity determination data; an image encoding section 104 for dividing moving image frames of an encoded moving image into pieces of data, and adding identification information to the pieces of data, to allow a recording section 106 to record the pieces of resultant data; a necessity/unnecessity determination section 107 for determining the unnecessary moving image frame on the basis of the necessity/unnecessity determination data; and a moving image file management section 108 for rewriting information indicating a state of data at a recording position in the recording section 106, corresponding to the moving image frame determined as the unnecessary moving image frame by the necessity/unnecessity determination section 107, into information indicating no data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
