<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably transport a PET film with a dry target coating film formed on a surface thereof.SOLUTION: A tension is applied to a sheet 50 having a dry target coating film 52 formed on a surface thereof in a transport direction, and the sheet 50 is transported in the transport direction. An infrared heater 30 that includes: a filament 32 emitting an infrared ray when being heated; and an inner tube 36 and an outer tube 40 absorbing the infrared ray at a wavelength larger than 3.5μm and covering the heating element irradiates the coating film 52 with the infrared ray. First air is supplied to a front surface of the sheet 52, and second air is supplied to a back surface thereof from a plurality of nozzles 93 arranged on the back surface side of the sheet 52 along the transport direction. By supplying the first air and the second air, the sheet 50 is kept at a temperature equal to or lower than a glass transition point of the sheet 50 itself. At this time, the second air is supplied in an oblique direction so as to approach the sheet 50 along the transport direction.</p> |
