The present invention relates to a method and a system for providing communications service by using a figure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for providing communications service with a figure device includes following steps of: receiving a message through communications network; displaying a notification when the message is received; receiving a certain control signal which orders an output of the received message; and outputting the received message in response to the control signal. Therefore, the present invention has an advantage of providing more delicate communications service by using the figure device.
