<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that is able to reduce delay until communication band assignment is received to improve service quality.SOLUTION: A subscriber side device stores data transmitted by a terminal in a buffer, notifies a station side device of the amount of data stored in the buffer, and transmits the data held by the buffer in a communication band instructed by the station side device. The station side device monitors communication service information indicating communication service contents from data transmitted between the terminal and a communication destination device of the subscriber side device, forecasts the amount of data to be transmitted next by the subscriber device, calculates a communication band to be assigned to the subscriber side device according to the forecast amount of data and the amount of data reported by the subscriber side device, and notifies the subscriber side device of the calculated communication band.</p> |
