1. An aircraft article composite forming and curing tool, wherein an aircraft article to be formed comprises a composite material including an outer surface, the aircraft article composite forming tool comprising:
a cured matrix laminate, being a polymeric composite face sheet, comprising an upper ply including a forming surface for forming said aircraft article outer surface, wherein the upper ply comprises a nano filament structure embedded therein, wherein the matrix laminate comprises a plurality of laid-up plies, a portion of the laid-up plies comprising a nano filament structure and controllable heating elements comprising nano filament structure in suitable positions of the matrix laminate, such that a portion of the nano filament structure is exposed on the forming surface, and wherein at least a portion of the nano filament structure is coupled to an energy supply to heat the forming surface. |
