Provided is an alignment and supply apparatus of circuit elements having legs, which can align the circuit elements having the legs in a normal direction state simply where top and bottom of the circuit elements are placed correctly, and can supply the circuit elements, without a separate additional device. The alignment apparatus having the legs according to an embodiment of the present invention has a vibration generation device in a lower part, and comprises a bowl which is loaded with the circuit elements with the legs and a guide rail which is formed to ascend spirally along an inner circumference of the bowl. According as the bowl is vibrated, the circuit elements are transported along the guide rail and then are supplied to be aligned. The guide rail includes: a center alignment part which has a concave inner bottom plane for the circuit element to be located in a center of the guide rail for transportation; a horizontal alignment part which has a mounting groove with a width corresponding to an upper height length of the circuit element and transports the circuit element in a state that a top plane of the circuit element of a reverse direction of top-down and bottom-up is inserted into the mounting groove; a slope alignment part which has a mounting groove formed on a slope formed downward a center of the bowl, and makes the reverse-direction circuit element be proceeded and transported continuously, and makes the normal direction circuit element be separated from the guide rail and returned to the bowl; and a rotation alignment part which comprises a bottom part and a top part formed with a gap corresponding to the height of the circuit element from the bottom, and makes the reverse direction circuit element be reversed and placed normally according as the bottom part and the top part are formed slantly upward sequentially toward the center of the bowl.
