PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligation apparatus capable of allowing a user to open and close a clip as desired when performing a ligation operation on biological tissues, so that clipping of tissues can be redone easily.SOLUTION: A ligation apparatus includes: a clip 17 for ligating biological tissues by an arm 15; a clip connection member 23 serially connecting to a clip base end part 19; a clip holding member 27 allowing the clip connection member 23 to insert therethrough; an operation wire 33 connected to the clip connection member 23; an inner sheath member 37 having the operation wire 33 disposed therein, for supporting the clip holding member 27; an outer sheath member 39 for covering the outer periphery of the inner sheath member 37, and movable forward and backward; and a frist movement regulation part 41 and a second movement regulation part 43 for regulating the movement of the clip holding member 27 with respect to the inner sheath member 37. The outer sheath member 39 moves forward and backward to change the opening of the arm 15. The first movement regulation part 41 regulates the movement of the clip holding member 27 toward the inside. The second movement regulation part 43 regulates the movement of the clip holding member 27 toward the outside. |
