Disclosed is a dynamic positioning system of a vessel. The dynamic positioning system of a vessel according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a generator which supplies power; a main distribution board which supplies power received from the generator to a plurality of loads formed in the vessel; a first storage battery which is charged by receiving the power from the main distribution board; an inverter driver which is driven by the first storage battery and converts the power supplied from the main distribution board; a propulsion motor which is driven and controlled by the power which is converted and supplied from the inverter driver; and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) which supplies the power to the inverter driver when a blackout occurs due to the outage of the vessel.
