receiving a plurality of indications of indices for entries in a codebook; using the indices to determine at least a first vector, a second vector and a phase correction to the vectors from the codebook; and using the phase correction to combine the first vector and the second vector to determine a matrix indicating the channel signature of a frequency channel.
