摘要 The present invention relates to a novel 3,6-anhydro-L-galactose dehydrogenase and to a novel compound produced therefrom. More specifically, provided is a 3,6-anhydro-L-galactose dehydrogenase which can produce 3,6-anhydrogalactonic acid of a novel type by metabolizing 3,6-anhydro-L-galactose.
