PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily perform the correction of the flow rate of a measurement target fluid, thereby accurately measuring the flow rate of the measurement target fluid.SOLUTION: A correction value determination device comprises: a thermal flow sensor that is placed in a pipe through which a measurement target fluid flows and measures a first flow rate of the measurement target fluid; a vortex flowmeter that is placed in the pipe and measures a second flow rate of the measurement target fluid; a flow rate comparison unit that performs the comparison between the measured first flow rate and the measured second flow rate; and a correction value determination unit that determines a correction value for correcting the first flow rate on the basis of the results of the comparison. |
