The present invention relates to a light amount accumulation image sensor of a parallel structure having a collection circuit. More specifically, the light amount accumulation image sensor collects electrons stored on the outside of a reference phase range to accumulate only valid light amount. The present invention includes: a photodiode storing the electrons when an optical signal is received; a shutter circuit which accumulates the electrons stored in the photodiode; the collection circuit which operates half a period away from the shutter circuit and collects the electrons stored in the photodiode; and a control unit which controls the shutter circuit and the collection circuit to operate while having a delay of half a period there-between and to accumulate the electrons for multiple times based on a specific phase. |
