MARKERS FOR IDENTIFYING TOLEROGENIC DENDRITIC CELLS AND USES THEREOF

The present invention relates to immune tolerogenic dendritic cells which are CCL1+ and Enpp2-, and a genetic marker specific to immune tolerogenic dendritic cells. Immature, semi-mature, mature dendritic cells from cells derived from mouse bone marrow are produced, and expression of the genetic marker specific to immune tolerogenic dendritic cells is confirmed through a microarray and real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis. The immune tolerogenic dendritic cells can be easily collected when using the genetic marker, and thus enabling high industrial availability in a composition for treating various cells.
