PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address desires for a gasket for prefilled syringes having no flaw on a sliding part (a part where a barrel and the gasket comes into contact) of the gasket or capable of substantially eliminating existing flaws.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a gasket for prefilled syringes is provided. The gasket for prefilled syringes includes a liquid-contact part, and a sliding part coming into contact with the inside of a syringe barrel. The manufacturing method includes a step of rubbing the sliding part of the molded gasket with a prescribed backing material, where a rubbing direction to be performed in the rubbing step is the circumferential direction of the sliding part. |
