This invention is a combination chemiluminescent band and frame, which allows one to swim at night or be worn at parties. It can be seen from behind, has a large surface area for band visibility an interchangeable lenses. It chemical composition allow it to be rapidly be recharged by lights, and exhibit bright visible light from a distance, but also allows for structural integrity of the material when used by swimmers. |
