The present invention relates to a magnet switch for a start motor, the magnet switch being characterized by comprising: a front bracket connected to one open side of a case; a connecting part for connecting the case with the front bracket; and an assembly location setting part for setting an assembly location so that the case and the front bracket are assembled at the set location. The present invention, in contrast to the existing technology, can accurately set the coupling location of the case and the front bracket by guiding the case and the front bracket to the correct assembly location.
