Provided are a perovskite solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof. The perovskite solar cell according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a first electrode, a recombination preventing layer, a light active layer, a hole transfer layer, and a second electrode. The present invention improves the voltage of the solar cell.
