PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector to be connected to a flexible circuit substrate.SOLUTION: A connector is equipped with a housing formed with an insertion opening portion in which a flexible circuit substrate can be inserted, an actuator rotatably assembled to the housing, and a plurality of first and second terminals. The actuator is equipped with a first cam acting on the first terminal, and a second cam acting on the second terminal. When the flexible circuit substrate is inserted in the insertion opening portion and the actuator is rotated, the first cam makes the first terminals contact with a first conductor of the flexible circuit substrate, and the second cam makes the second terminals contact with a second conductor of the flexible circuit substrate. The connector enables stable electrical connection by making contact force with which the first terminals and the second terminals contact with the flexible circuit substrate uniform. |
