PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having excellent chemical resistance and moisture proofness and easily cuttable to a straight way, in which the cut face is made into a straight shape, and also, heat resistance upon heat sealing is excellent, and a packaging material using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a multilayer film obtained by laminating: a base material layer (A) including a layer (a1) having a cyclic olefin resin and a polyolefin based resin having a melting point of 120°C or higher; and a sealant layer (B) including high pressure method low density polyethylene, in which the content of the cyclic olefin resin in the layer (a1) is 20 to 60 mass% to the total mass of the layer (a1). |
