The photoelectric unit (14) includes a first top surface (141) and a first metal layer (142), and the first metal layer (142) is located above the first top surface (141). The first transparent structure (16) surrounds the photoelectric unit (14), and exposes the first top surface (141). The first contact layer (170) is located above the first transparent structure (16), and includes a connection part (170a) electrically connecting to the first metal layer (142).
